Who we are

Pay Heed Banners sells officially licensed "Beware of The Phog" replica banners. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout, and applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, with free USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 3–5 business days; delivery times depend on the carrier.

Returns and refunds

If your banner arrives damaged or defective, email orders@payheedbanners.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Custom or wholesale orders may have different terms, which we will confirm in writing.

Trademarks

"Pay Heed, All Who Enter: Beware of The Phog" is a registered trademark of the University of Kansas. Our products are produced under license. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the University beyond that license.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
