What information do we collect?
When you place an order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and payment details needed to complete the purchase. We receive order and shipping information but never see or store full card numbers.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner.
How do we use it?
We use your information to process orders, ship products, send order and shipping emails, respond to questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who do we share it with?
We share data only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting), plus Google Analytics if you consent. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
What are your rights?
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of analytics. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete.

How long do we keep data?
We retain order records as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes, and analytics data according to our Google Analytics retention settings. We delete data when it is no longer needed.
